Since being established in 2008, Cook Advisory Services has proudly grown to become the largest independent insurance advisor to P3 Proponents in Canada.

As an independent expert, Cook Advisory provides support to P3 projects on behalf of the Consortium by creating strategies around insurance and risk management - removing barriers to get the deal done.

Successful P3 projects are a group effort. Cook Advisory understands this and works with you throughout the process as an integrated part of your team to make this happen. We will:

• Direct and lead the insurance negotiations with the Authority
• Complete and deliver the Lenders' Report
• Provide effective communication through to close
• Work effectively within your Project Management process
• Be accountable for managing all insurance issues
