Matthew Cook - Founder

Cook Advisory Services Founder, Matthew Cook, provides clients with over thirty years of gobal insurance, risk management and construction industry experience.  During this time, he has participated in successful P3 / AFP projects with an aggregate capital expenditure of more than $18 billion dollars. 

Matthew founded Cook Advisory Services in 2008 specifically to create and provide a new and unique offering to the P3 industry. He has spent his career working with international brokerages Willis and AON as a risk mitigation specialist and specifically, the last 15 years working directly as an advisor to P3 Consortia.

Matthew is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada as well as a Chartered Insurance Broker. He is also a frequent speaker and panel member at P3 industry events.
